Why the hell is ammo regen active on exotics in 2v2?!
Okay... This is beyond stupid. How are primaries supposed to compete against icebreaker during the so called 'no special ammo' phase? And what's the POINT of no special ammo phase when people can simply run with invective or ice breaker? In fact when special ammo is about to become available people could simply switch secondary weapons and they'll be completely fine. It completely defeats the purpose of the 'big' change... entirely. For once we could actually play PVP without having to worry about sniper lanes the whole damn time. WTF BUNGIE?!

1 ReplyInvective makes it's ammo right when special drops so stop complaining about it, ice breaker on the other hand makes ammo one by one. Ps. I was always using invective before the update.

Yo. The ammo crates spawn at about the time invective would spawn some and about the time icebreaker would have a 4-5 in the mag. It's not a big deal. AND that means their exotic isn't a multi-tool, thorn, tlaloc, last word....

Because that's their [b]exotic[/b] perk. Otherwise, icebreaker is a mediocre year 1 sniper, and invective is a full auto shotgun with final round. Not very [i]exotic[/i] without the perk, as you could just as easily use a legendary that may very well be better.

Doesn't seem broken to me, it's a wise choice to use it but it isn't op, plus if you just bum rush people with chaperone or shotguns and sidearms their ice breaker is useless anyways. Learn to counter your foes strategies rather then bitch and whine that it's op

Because some people are just so bad at PvP, they need to use shotguns or snipers to get an kills.

Literally that perk on those exotics are what make them exotic. They shouldn't take away an exotic perk. The only problem I have with it is that you can switch to another gun and have full ammo for it. Anywhere else in the game you lose ammo.

1.) Don't run into sniper lanes immediately if you see they use icebreaker 2.) don't use your primary to rush a guy, that's probably already gonna be rushing you, with invective.

They also need to nerf headshot damage on Snipers in PvP or majorly increase the difference light level makes in light enabled modes like Trials so that people can't go back to using Year 1 170 attack weapons like Ice Breaker and be able to do just fine with it against Light 315-320 Guardians because it defeats the point in the Special Ammo changes to get away from the sniping at the very start of games.

I think it only takes like 20 sec for special to spawn. There are at least 3 specials on every map. You should be fine getting special just avoid engagement until you pick it up.
