I was an avid WoW player for many years, and I've seen what a great MMO can do.
I'm not comparing the two in terms of content, but one I will compare things to is responsibility to your community.
Blizzard would never get away with this if they went weeks on weeks with little to no answers, and constantly ignoring outrage.
I have never seen so much outrage from the community over any game I've played, and had almost zero response from the company that produced it.
The weekly updates or responses to tweets are few and far between. It doesn't look like you are listening at all.
If you are, and are waiting for a grand reveal, it better get moving quickly.
Day after day: Reddit, gaming sites, these forums, you've got the community asking for substantial changes in both the game and responding to these.
No more excuses, answer your community. Because once they leave, you won't have a game.

Weekly updates occur weekly. and I can pretty much promise you that if I was one of those guys I'd get pretty sick of being relentlessly shit on by raging neckbearded trolls, often for completely unrelated nonsense, every single time I responded to something here. Or replying to the same exact suggestion - that's already on the damn wishlist, ffs - the 89456th time it was posted.
