Crucible is killing pve, and is just broken

Why are things being ruined because such a terribly designed multiplayer? The concept of the crucible was a bad idea to start with. A Pvp multiplayer isn't a bad idea, but in a loot based game, with so much gear and exotics...of course the crucible was going to be broken. Obviously exotics are going to be better than other exotics and legendarys. Yes they are supposed to but in terms of Pvp its broken and its unfair that pve players are suffering and a new player can pick up an exotic and wonder why it's so bad, feels weak or disappointing... Because it got nerfed for Pvp purposes. Imagine how much less limited exotics and our abilities would be if they weren't balanced out for Pvp.the pve crowd would be much more powerful, with abilitys and exotics. Even perks you can get on a legendary is toned down for Pvp, and we would probably have a much bigger variety of perks if the Pvp wasn't so broken. As for the weapon balance. Our guns have been getting -blam!-ed because Pvp. Now we can barely shoot things without our ARs, PRs, and HCs range dropping off. Thanks to Pvp we can never do our max dps with primary's. and weapon types as a whole is being ruined in pve and Pvp because Pvp. And even our abilitys are being attacked by Pvp...poor sunbreakers. Now onto armor. If there was no Pvp I can guarantee you we wouldn't be limited to how many exotic gear we can wear, but guns I can understand in terms of pve. See how much stronger we could be if the concept of the crucible didn't give us so much freedom as to what we can use? I know bungie tried to make a unique Pvp arena, but there should be more limits to what we can use or at least make a game mode to avoid the BS.
