Year 1 Exotic Strange drop
Hi,
I'm a day one / year one player on XBOX. There's only one special exotic weapon missing in my collection. Every time XUR sells the special engram for year one weapons i try some shots. The only weapons dropped are the ones from the House of Wolves. It's me or there's something strange? Imho there's something wrong in the drop weapon balance. Can you take a look?

Apparently there is a very low chance of getting elder ciphers from poe chests these days but I cannot confirm this
