310 exotics @ 310 light
On my hunter I just reached 310. went to decode exotic engrams and some came out at 290.
I was under the impression that 300-309 gave a chance at a 310 exotic but once your character was at 310, then you were guaranteed a 310 exotic.
could someone clarify for me?
