These engrams are a bit of a scam. I would stay away from them unless you have thousands of coins. By the time you get what you want you will be grinding for coins because you have none left. Better of grinding year one activities for the guns you want. Eg get a VOG Gorgon checkpoint and save it each week and just go for the exotic chest.
