I laughed real laughter at this Weekly Letdown. Did they finally address two-three minor Community issues? Sure. Is it real progress? Not at all. The game will still be broken (hell, Vault of Glass is [b]still[/b] bugged beyond belief), we have 1/3 of the content now compared to Vanilla Destiny, and the Meta just keeps on rotating... But what brought my laughter was this line:[quote]Today, we're giving it a new name so it would no longer be confused with Patch Notes.[/quote] Trust me, Bungie. [b]Nobody[/b] was confusing your Weekly Letdown messages with honest-to-God patch notes. Those were always clearly defined and differentiated postings. No, this "name change" is a complete, weak cop-out. When halo ended at Bungie and you guys fired your Talent and Imagination, the Weekly Update was supposed to be where you told us what is happening with the game and what changes were coming. At least, that's what you told us. What we got was just week after week of fluff pieces that nobody gave two shits about. There were rarely any weekly updates that told us the direction/vision you have for Destiny, and when you would post something resembling something of worth, you'd have D(-bag)eeJ/Cozmo hide the pertinent information behind so many layers of obfuscations and outright lies, that all it managed to do was to piss of the community even more. No one gives a shit about the Movie of the Week. No one gives a shit about Uniting the Clans (if you really wanted the Clans to play an important role in the game, you'd have put a grouping tool [b]IN THE GAME[/b]). No one gives a shit where you're wandering off to in the world to fluff this broken mess of a game to yet another unwitting convention hall. But, at least one lie is gone. No longer will you be teasing that there will be any significant updates for this game. All we get to know about now is what's "happening at Bungie". So please, let us know how the new bagel machine performs. With all of the problems and lack of content in this game, that's what gamers are just [b]dying[/b] to hear about... lol Bungie, you guys are such a -blam!-ing joke. I don't even think you have the slightest clue how much of a joke you are with the rest of this industry.
