I appreciate you can't pull new PvE content out of nowhere, and it takes time and money to build.
I would however be jolly grateful to know if / when some new PvE content will come out. And I don't mean fluff like festival of the lost.
I mean, tell me when there will be any of:
A £10 TDB size update
A £20 HoW size update
A £40 TTK size update
I enjoy destiny and will happily buy DLC to keep the content coming in. I'm not looking for handouts nor do I expect Bungie to release quality content without charge.
I won't however buy a sodding emote for £4.
I wonder if you are scared you will lose players if you say "Look guys, we were expecting Destiny 2 to land Sept-16, and were going to drop you one last HoW sized DLC in April to tide you over. But D2 is now Q1-17 and so we have pushed the DLC to Sept-16. Pardon our dust and hope you enjoy the PvP tweaks in the meantime".
Would this cause me to stop playing Destiny? Nope. I plan to play the division, and uncharted alongside a bit of destiny every now and again (until new PvE content). And I'm an adult so I'm capable of waiting patiently. But I won't wait forever with nothing on the horizon.
I do appreciate you're all working hard, but sometimes it seems you pander to the most vocal minority, when you should trust your own instincts and make the game you and I, and many others, know Destiny deserves to be. That is a balance of PvE and PvP.
Obviously no one at Bungie will likely read this, but it's off my chest so now I can go to work!!!

I think what you said about the dlc in sept and D2 in Q1 2017 is the reality, and of course they cant come out and say that because it means a lot of people will inevitably leave the game, its a given, the game community wont survive without pve content in the near future but like i said, thats more than likely the reality of it.

Agreed, I've moved on to other games but obviously I'd love some new content in Destiny. Kudos to the OP for keeping it civil and not ranting like some emotionally disturbed zoo animal.

If we keep bumping, they will eventually respond. If you can't drop new content, Bungie, make the raids year two. I know it's not as easy as just saying it, but something has to give; I lose at least two or three Destiny friends to other games every week.
