Two spark runners at once? This is amazing!
While playing Iron Banner, I was quite amazed when I grabbed the spark, only to realise I wasn't the only one who had grabbed it...

Edit: Thanks for the heads up from everyone who said they'd seen this happen before. I'd never heard of it happening so I didn't realise it was possible.

Dude this happened to me on that shitty Mercury map but the other guy died on the way to the rift so I couldn't find out it it would have really counted for two runners. It's so funny!

1 ReplySometimes ill grab the spark and it will say im the runner and then, half way through running, it just disappears and im apparently not the runner. Or Ill get the spark start running and then it will say "Your runner has lost the spark" and im still running and i havent died. WTF

3 RepliesI got "You stopped the runner," got the Denied medal, and then got "Too late! They ignited your Rift." All within about 3 seconds of each other. I was like "wait, what?" What's really embarrassing is when you THINK you are the Spark runner, and you get to the Rift and you've got nothing ... because someone else grabbed it at the same time.

I picked up the spark at the same time as my teammate I slam it kill 4 people get a breaker medal but get no points for the slam itself. Then my friend trailing right behind me slams again for points. It was awesome

1 ReplyLolz, i slammed last night on memento and killed a bunch a people, started running back to the center and the slam animation happened again with the light burst and everything around where the car is. I was laughing my ass off, i was like WTF did anyone else fcukin see that!??! The other people I was playing with were laughing too like yeah, that was some weird shit. This game has always been glitch as fcuk lol

Had this happen once. I was confused as hell when I slam dunked and Saladin told me to protect the other spark runner just behind me.

1 ReplyIt happens, but only one Spark ends up being the 'real' one. What I mean by that is only one of them will give points for advancing and dunking it into the Rift. Both of them will give the armor buff and trigger the Rift Detonation to kill nearby enemies though.

Happened to me in IB. They dunked it but then the game got super glitchy and said there was still a runner but both previous runners didn't have it. Then a stormtrance came out of nowhere and electricity was going through walls and crap.
