Stillpiercer Gone..
Somehow today my Stillpiercer was missing, not on my hunter, Alts or vault..should I delete my Titan to recreate a new hunter just for this weapon? I need help, I'm torn here. I just don't want to spend the time on this and then bungee come out with a new DLC or whatever and make it completely pointless just like all our other weapons they have done this too...input?

You'll want to log off of Destiny and log back in and recheck the vault and all three characters. In the case which the gun is gone, there is no way to get it back.
