So recently I've been noticing that when I turn in BLUE Rare engrams, their stat levels are nearly 100 light weaker than my light. Even then, the level of the items have usually been in the level 25-28. All of my guardians are level 40 with an average of 230 light. This problem has been occurring only with BLUE engrams. Green and other engrams give me items with an acceptable light value and level. I've tried both Cryptarchs and they both give me similar items. I've resorted to putting my blue engrams in my vault and having my Dad or brother decode them at my house. Currently I'm in college, and I have my XBOX 360, while back home they have an XBOX ONE. With this being said, back home on the ONE, the Taken King is downloaded on there; while my 360, up here with me, does not have it. I currently only have the first 2 DLC's. I feel that this is could be the reason behind the bug, but I've looked online and haven't found anything related to this. If this is a bug, Bungie please fix it. It's hard to level up when you don't have Legendary Marks to buy gear and all your blue engrams come out to be weak gear.
