Why not make a year 2 weapons only version of this. I can already give you a few examples of scout rifles that are legendary that should be able to beat Mida. Nl shadow Hung Jury (Any other omolon scout) Inwards lamp And exotic Thaloc ofcourse. I am a Mida user, not because it is a "meta" (yeah right) right now, but because i already used it in the days of TDB for Crucible. Right now it creates fun combo of weapons for me. Check spoiler for example. But i started to use legendary scout rifles so i have my exotic slot free. And i have found many scout rifles that if they have a good roll, could be able to beat Mida any day of the week. I got a NL Shadow yesterday as a reward and decided to give it a try. Not even a single upgrade unlocked and i already killed alot of people. It fires faster then mida im pretty sure and damage is not that bad either. That in combo with a large magazine makes it a worthy rival to Mida. Have to play more with it to be sure tho. [spoiler] Personal favorit: Mida Sidearm Sword Use Mida with lightweight to get close to your target, switch to sidearm and get the kill. Mida is just your speedboost for this set up. And for the middle to long range moments if you are pinned down. But the main focus is to use the sidearm as your primary. Its a challenge and alot of fun. [/spoiler]
