BUNGIE PLEASE BRING FUSION RIFLES BACK TO THEIR VANILLA STATE!!!
Bungie, absolutely NO ONE uses fusions. They're complete garbage. There seems to be a problem when there's only one or two weapons that are viable for that weapon class. It's sad. Sign here to bring fusions back! <3

Some of you are saying that fusions around vanilla were a bit OP. That's not the case. In fact, that's far from it. Shotguns always reigned supreme.

No they need a buff, but not the way they were in vanilla. Pocket would be overpowered again, and fusion rifle buffs go towards the vex mythoclast, so vex can become op too.

1 ReplyFusions don't need a buff. If u have a good one, then u can do just as good with a fusion rifle than anybody with a shotgun. I use the nlb and the panta rhei combo all the time, even in trials! As long as you know how to use it, then a fusion rifle can be great!

Not full vanilla but close. Don't want to see perfect builds cross mapping again. But yeah their kill range is horrible now. I think the should have made them different in the first place though. More like a mini gun. Charge up then keep holing to fire one shot at a time rapidly until released not bursts like pocket infinity. .

To your edit one, youre f'ing tarded. Fusions were the shotguns of their time and everyone was a damn monster, PI, Vex, Plan C all owned Crucible at launch, Suros didn't take over till the FR nerfs happened.

Everyone remembers The Dark Below/Late vanilla FR's. I remember the pain all too well. EVERYTHING in this game should be returned to vanilla state, bar only the vex Mythoclast. It was better that way.

They all just need stability buffs (for those that don't know, stability tightens fusion rifle blast clusters). Other than that and maybe a minor range buff, they should be good (maybe also a tiny damage buff to emphasize the "massive charge-up blast" effect but idk).
