1000 Yard Damage
Given two snipers one with Armor Piercing the other without. The one with is rated at 1 point more in impact. Does that actually translate to a noticeable increase in damage?

Maybe not damage,but it will stop em in their tracks and make them head bob so you can keep hitting them.
