So not all exotic armor pieces change with your shader, and that sucks, because some things don't look good with any shader.
So what if with every exotic armor that you got, you got a shader to go with it. A shader that used the same colors that the armor used. Even if the armor piece did change with a different shader, you could still get a shader.
Here is a cool way to add this into destiny:
When you get a exotic drop for you, you then unlock a quest. You have to complete this short quest while wearing the exotic armor to unlock the shader.
