Exotic perk for Hunters

I've been throwing this idea around everywhere. I was thinking that there could be an Exotic for Nightstalkers that grants the user Blood-bound for free. Although I don't have a name or a look for it yet so feel free to state some names down below and other perks for Warlocks and Titans! Speaking of Titans there is another forum post that had a pretty good idea for Titans so here you go Titans: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/185899397/0/0

  • I had an idea for an exotic that enhances quiver. The super charge lasts indefinitely until all three shots are fired, but your super won't recharge while there are any remaining shots. So you can have an on demand but weak shadow shot. (Personally I don't use quiver I just thought it could be a cool idea) Especially considering people use it for kills rather than tethers anyway, and even tethering someone/something doesn't stop them from shooting you to anyway... Functionally it might as well be the equivalent of a shorter cooldown, one shot per use quiver if they do hold off on using it since their super won't recharge anyway.

    • Yeah that's OP for PvP. Maybe something that grants lockdown (to go along with the whole zone-control aspect of night stalker) or the perk that makes smoke act as a trap

The idea would be fantastic four pve, but it would be way OP for pvp. Quiver + blood bound in the middle of control/rift/anything? There's already a lot of passive power in the ability. Adding more is not conducive to gameplay. Now if you said it adds Lockdown, I'd be more apt to agree with you as now we're just adding more zone control in a class that's made to ward and manipulate points on the map with grenades and the smoke/envenom abilities. The point of these exotic items is to accent what the class is good at, not to cover weaknesses or add additional power where it wouldn't normally be
