I can send pictures of the case/code but when I follow the instructions and enter the code on the XBOX store it tells me to check the code and try again later. I have tried entering the code a dozen times and triple checking it so I know it's not on my end. I'm really annoyed and I just want to play the game. Please solve this problem asap.

The code may be case-sensitive. Have you tried using caps and lowercase in the right spots

I would REALLY appreciate a timely response since I paid for this game. There are lots of missions I can't do thanks to this error, and I am growing increasingly frustrated. Since this should have never happened in the first place, I think I should also be compensated in some way. But for now, I just want to play this game I BOUGHT.
