Is DPS or Time to Kill slowing down?
Since every primary weapon besides a scout rifle has had a major nerf, its no doubt that we have entered a meta that includes a scout rifle. But if scout rifles haven't changed much since year 1, does that mean that it takes a lot longer time for an average kill in the crucible than it has before?

7 RepliesYes in most cases. Gameplay was a ton faster paced during the tlw and shotgun meta. But because scrubs were so angry and being killed too fast, bungie turned everything into a pea shooter (not including special weapons). Now the ONLY weapons that have fast ttk are special weapons. Thats why everyone uses them so much. People wonder why specials are over used now, just look at all of the past complaints about good primaries that could compete with special weapons. Yeah those are all nerfed now. The only primary that can compete with snipers now is the mida, which everyone is calling for nerf on now as well.
