Still no Twilight Garrison
have opened a bunch of exotic chest engrams and its all still crest of alpha lupi and a couple armamentariums. I then noticed in my Exotic armor collections there is no unopened slot for where the TG would be in year 2 body armors. Am I bugged? is the TG low rate of decrypt? I'm feeling like maybe im missing something, I hope i'm not bugged

It is bugged. I have been trying for ages to get this chest piece. In just the past 2 weeks alone I have had 10 chest pieces. NONE TG. All the same Alpha Lupi or Armamentarium. They can say it is not bugged all they want but no proof to back it up. The secret algorithm they use is flawed. Nightfall stikes only drop 1 legendary and in the 270s when I am 315 light. Or a stupid EMOJI fall pack? (Why do they have people pay for EMOJI's if they will drop in nightfall? How does any of this make sense?) The blanket answer that will be used is that it is completely random. I don't believe so. Go to the vendor tab under my legend. then tower. then exotic blueprint layouts. The exotics have requirements that need to be met to get them to drop at all. It does not come down to randomness when they have requirements to be met.

I hope you get it soon fellow Guardian. I got my first exotic chest engram during a heroic strike. Master Rahool decoded it into a Twilight Garrison and I'm pleased with it

You're not bugged. The Twilight Garrison will appear in your collection once you discover it the first time.
