So with the handcannon buff, and not wanting to use an exotic primary to free up some crazy exotic secondary or heavy; which handcannon is better? Ps. That handcannon is the fastest time to kill of all legendary handcannons. Thoughts? Also what perks should I be looking for? Thanks for the feedback! Edit: Wow! It's a 3 way tie!
