Fears Embrace Help

Let's get this over with - I AM A SCRUB. I solo Nightfalls, done 4 man KF Raid (though not to completion), and do a lot of stuff solo. I cannot finish Fears Embrace on normal. Please provide some tips to help me out. Closest I've gotten is killed the Echo then immediately died and had to start over.
