CE sparrow

I have 2 consoles with the Collector's Edition of The Taken King and i found out it was supose to come with a Sparrow but they both didnt. Anyone know where or how to contact Bungie support?

The only sparrow that was a special item that I know of TTK is the redbull sparrow
