SIGN here if you want rare Weapons/Armor to be able to be upgraded to legendary.
I've seen a lot of rare items that I would rather use.

Maybe use etheric light for this as someone stated earlier. Good idea BTW.

1 ReplyQuite honestly, TTK make any distinction between "rare", "legendary", and "exotic" moot. When the focus was shifted to light level instead of perks having all purple items equipped became a hindrance instead of a help. Infusion was a good idea with horrid execution. If Bunglevi$ion really wanted to diversify the look of Guardians they should have allowed infusion of ALL weapons and gear.
