SIGN here if you want rare Weapons/Armor to be able to be upgraded to legendary.
I've seen a lot of rare items that I would rather use.

4 RepliesNinja Turtles & rootbeer. Would also be nice if enemies weren't level-locked, you know, so i could feel like i grinded for a reason. And animals stopped kicking me from the game, trying to tell me that it's MY internet connection and no matter how many timess i have reported them, there they are. Just the other day i got kicked 5 times!! Was running NF yesterday with a crew and guy got babooned right before we killed boss!! The hell....
