Texas prison allows inmates to carry guns.

Lol until the inmates decide to have an uprising...the guards are severely outnumbered it would be a blood bath victory for the prisoners who already kick ass without firearms. There's things called gangs in prisons...they stab each other and whatnot. Now they can shoot each other! Perfect.
