Well this refer a friend crap only goes to prove Bungie could give a crap about its players. They are in this for the money pure and simple screw the players that have been playing for a year and have stuck by the game despite the constant screw ups by them and massive game glitches, and the massive rip off game content Bungie has become famous for.

For real, but come on bro no need to be sad the stuff is wack.
-
Instead of addressing the problems with the game they try to entice us with goodies to get our friends cash. I wouldn't recommend year 2 Destiny to anyone I cared about or respected. Refer an enemy- I'm in!
-
Don't like the game? Don't play it, it's that simple...
-
Board meeting- Holy SHIT. We've disenfranchised so many of our players because we failed to listen. Overreacted and nerfed the fÛck out of everything while increasing the grind. Deejay- I've got an idea... We get players to sell our shitty year 2 to their friends by giving them something "flashy" and convincing them how cool it is! Then when the referred noob realizes how shitty our product is we've already got their money! The board- unanimous laughter followed by approval. Cozmo- dammit deejay. That was my idea!!

Hey Bro, What do you think about this idea? Instead of the "refer a friend quest" Bungie should have done something different. They say they want sherpas do a favour. That's a good thing but the implementation isn't well. So what's about doing "Raid-Sherpas" a favor. Something like to take someone with you who never finished Oryx. If you do so you get a special reward or your whole team have increased chances of good loot or whatever. This will change something in this Community. Instead of you must have (insert weapon/lightlevel) there are posts like "you have to be new to Raids". I think this could be a benefit for the Community instead of grabbing higher revenues.

Not Bungie, ACTIVISION

Bungle doesn't care about you. They now only care about your money.

Activision *

OOOOOOR. And listen to me clearly dumb -blam!-. They are doing this so they can get to share this game with more people, and since Destiny is about to the end of its lifespan, they are trying to get more money to expand it.
-
I agree at least your mom gives a decent screw for the $
-
Thats really -blam!-ed up for 360 users tbh.........we all earned our shit......the newbies of Xbox one don't deserve half the shit we earned through complete rage and agoniing pain.......once again bungie....can go fcks themselves until they screw us again during the next DLC.....

Edited by Duinseach: 11/27/2015 12:05:26 PMUh...duh? Do people really not understand that the purpose of creating an IP is to profit from it? If you don't want to refer a friend, don't. If you don't want to buy special emotes with real money, don't (I sure didn't). This isn't Mass Effect where you basically had to buy digital armor and weapons to advance, or WoW/FFXI where the only way to afford crafting mats was to shell out real cash to gold farmers constantly. All of the rewards for micro transactions are aesthetic and don't provide you with an in game advantage that requires you buy them, which is pretty class from Bungie.

frustrated at our game? refer a friend to join you in the misery!

The whining on these forums makes it seem more like a nursery filled with babies...

Yeah this just makes me want to quit the game and tell people that this is just a cash grab and just to stay away. There is no way this is going to last ten years.
