This happens way too -blam!-ing often on all 3 classes. In fact its the reason I dont run sunsinger in pvp anymore because that class is so reliant on its melee and 75% of the time it glitches out. What usually happens is the melee charge is taken and now damage is dealt or with titans and warlocks, the burn doesnt activate. This also happens way too often on the hunters throwing knife burn and blink strike + arcblade. Maybe you should be focusing on fixing bugs instead of nerfing things.
