Body: A few days ago, I was hacked by another Xbox user who threatened me to turn off my xbox or else... Well, when I turned it on, I was in a world of pain. My gamertag was changed, not once, but twice. I sorted the thing out with Microsoft and they changed my password, which was great and all. I payed to get my name back... But that couldn't repair the worst part of what those account thieves did to me. They deleted my characters. And everything in my vault. That's two THOUSAND hours of gameplay gone. Of course, Microsoft can't do anything about that. But you can. Please, it would mean so much to me. You can contact Microsoft for proof of this, I even have pictures.
