It's not suppose to have a lot of range it's a hip fire gun for bonus dmg.. That's why they reduced the ADS for it. Ammo capacity is fine, only needs maybe a very slight boost to stability, but not for the gun the perfect balance perk got nerfed a little too much in the 2.0 update so if that was tweaked a hair that's it. Other than that yah you need more practice probably and you'll be fine. If you have a toon setup right you won't have a problem. You need a lot more experience you haven't been here long enough to expect or claim to know anything. The people being dicks with the comments are kinda right but being harsh.
