1 Hit Snipers...
Luck In The Chamber Sniper Rifles Should really be more of a PvE perk and shouldn't be abused in PvP by enabling the user to one hit a full healthed enemy by shooting them in the body. The only way a sniper should one hit is a shot in the head. This is broken in competitive gameplay and needs to be addressed asap.
P. S I am aware that it is chance and doesnt occur all the time but it shouldn't have a chance to occur at all.

It's random, even though it's just one body shot if it procs LITC, but if it doesn't then it takes two body shots, the second one could be LITC and then it's wasted. Leave it as it is, it does no real harm unlike final round snipers of before.

Not really abused. Seems like any sniper that is good in some way like Eirene is inevitably hated when you get killed by it. I come in contact with 1000 yard stare more then luck in the chamber snipers. But I know that's only me..

Totally agree. If u can't hit headshots don't snipe or practice and get better at it. I've noticed most people that use luck in the chamber done even go for headshots. I played an Elim game about a week ago and a kid got 3 sniper kills in a short amount of time every one a lucky bullet. Its rediculous and needs to go.

1 ReplyI agree. I am not a fan of LITC snipers. Headshot or no kill. Double body shot me before I escape your scope or kill you then whatever but that one body shot kill is annoying.

It's RNG, it gives no tactical benefits due to unreliability. If you get ohk's you got lucky, you didn't plan it out and intentionally body shot counting on LitC to clean up.

2 RepliesAnd a great solution to these broken ass pvp guns is to make guns and set up the pvp like cod and just straight up seperate pvp and pve with different levelling systems different ranking systems etc.

1 ReplyWell luck in the chamber will only get that body shot kill like once per match. My point is your aiming for the head so if you happen to hit body you may get lucky and one shot body shot. Its not like final round where you know that you can get that body shot kill.

Since you can't reliably predict when a random perk will activate, the only way someone will one hit body shot you with LitC is: 1. They're stupid and just shoot you in the body hoping they'll get the kill. 2. It's an accident and they missed your head. 3. They don't get it, because they're intelligent and try to shoot you in the head.

If bungie releases numbers on the ratios of total kills to ohk body shots and it is way out of whack then it can be altered but from my experience I'm shooting for the head and hitting body and getting the lucky bullet is few and far between.

Yeah it's true but not all people play like that trying for body shots, I have the sniper in question I use it all the time for everything but I can tell you I don't try to aim for the body I always go for a headshot but i I happen to get that lucky bodyshot and it saved me that's great but I don't rely on it, it mostly depends on the player who uses it in my opinion, but I'll agree I don't like getting body shot and I rage too lol so before I start throwing a fit I make sure it was a headshot that killed me
