Ability to delete posts

Yes, able to delete our own posts / comments

No, not able to delete anything (leave it alone)

It would be extremely helpful if we had the ability to start a post on the forums, and then delete them once they are no longer needed. For example, if I created a post looking to get a raid group together. Once the group is full, I could delete the post. Saves you space on your servers, and keeps the forums less cluttered. Obviously we wouldn't have the ability to remove everything, just what we type in a comment or the entire topic itself once it's complete (like the example above). I hope to see this soon.

  • Topic and post deletion is strictly reserved for Bungie.net Ninjas or Employees. You can edit your posts, or as Spawn suggested, post publicly through a group.
Saves you space on your servers, and keeps the forums less cluttered.
Nothing is ever truly deleted from our servers. *evil laughing*

A couple suggestions You could always create a private group for yourself and post a public thread from the private group. When the thread is no longer needed, simply edit your thread and make it private again (it will remove it from public view). The other option is to make a normal public thread, and when you're done with it, edit the thread and remove the main tags from it so it's much less likely to be responded too.
