Hey Bungie whats going on with your store customer service?!

I've emailed you guys several times and haven't heard a word from anyone! 6 days I've waited on a 3 day shipping order and no one seems to want to help out. I can't even find a phone number to talk to you guys human to human! This is disappointing...

  • Ordered engrams on the 1st. (2 day shipping) Got a shipping notice on the 7th along with an email from bungie that says all items have shipped. Here I sit, on the 15th, with nothing but a canned email from a couple days ago saying, again, that all my items have shipped. The tracking number says a label was printed. Good times!
