Logged on this morning to see that those pre order bonuses are now locked and I can no longer equip or even find them in the kiosks. Anyone else having this issue? Bungie is telling us to update some licensing info but according to some players, they are losing the Suros Preorder pack all together. As it stands, dealing with Microsoft support has been an absolute nightmare (until he reached a supervisor) So it may be a good idea for everyone to relax before dismantling/deleting/reinstalling anything. It appears that both Bungie and Microsoft are aware of the situation and are working toward a fix. Still going to wait and see what an official Bungie statement might hold. [b]Update 4:[/b] Looks like Bungie has officially recognized the issue. However, they are still pushing their "fix" of updating license info.
