Props to ChaosAC3 for being the only Halo afficianado I've heard from in all my rantings. This dude Vegamo had some great points, some I didn't even know of! I didn't know about host advantage, but that explains alot of things that made me hate playing Halo online. When it comes down to it, online is the ONLY thing H2 has going for it and even that is busted as f.u.c.k. No wonder it's the eight-year-olds game of choice. Didn't any of you MFers play GoldenEye? If not, seek it out to see what a real console FPS is... or Halo 1. I will continue to come on these boards, and post the same s.h.i.t over and over becouse it is YOU, Halo 2 lovers, that made it possible and will continue to make it profitable for game studios to create polished turds like H2, and I am pissed becouse pre H2 Halo was my favorite thing. I was in prophet seekers, BC, and F3AR clans, << these clans are top notch!!, every one that knows me, and thats me VEGAMO, known as the BR MASTER, ( not braging about my self here). says im good at halo2. Sadly i quit halo 2 three days ago for a lot of reasons, 1- standby 2- warlock hacking 3- lag 4- unbalance 5- host advantage halo 2 is a nicley made game, but once you reach the pro level, you will totaly agree. You propably wake up every morning, put on your halo 2 cd, say hi to friends, win and lose some team slayer games, but the over all experience is fun! I played halo 2 from the day it came out till 3 days ago. I loved it, but people gotta know that HALO 2 DOES NOT RESPECT PRO'S AT ALL, and HALO 2 IS AN UNBALANCED GAME! those 2 statements are 100 % correct, noobs woudnt know what im talking about because they are either cheating, or learning. for example, when i was a noob, I sometimes loose Battlerifle fights and some times win battle rifle fights, the reason for that is because my aim wasnt good or mabe other. but when your playing in a pro's game, if you miss one burst with the BR, your toast. but as i said im the BR whore, I barly ever loose a br fight, unless.........( vegamo wipes the tears off his eyes) HOST ADVANTAGE!!!!!!. have you ever played coagulation, and you try to battle rifle people from ( not very far away) but it doesnt reach em?? well only host have the ability to reach people from far away with any weapon. Alright, i got a cute little question that has nothing to do with the map update. Did you make it about 5 times easier to level after the update because before i had trouble keeping a level 17-19 range, now i have no problem holding a level 25+. Before the update when we played level 25's it was a "were pretty screwed" reaction. Now's it's, "there pretty screwed." So gg, is it easier or am I just that good after the n00bs couldn't cheat ne more?

A game studio can so f.u.c.k up, and people eat it up. if you want to see how to do a sequel right, go buy GTA: San Andeas, or, play H1 again and pretend Bungie never... -Ignored the fact that at the beginning of H2, Master Chief was NOT the only Spartin alive. -Left all the questions from First Strike completely unanswered for the entire game. -Created Gravemind (played by the plant from Little Shop of Horrors.) -Used the same storyline from H1, only worse and sloppy. -Made the big twist in H2 playing as the Arbiter. -Neglected to explain why Regret landed at New Mambosa. -Made Elites have no lower jaw, and only throat-holes. So...how do they eat or talk? -Made Elites speak english -Left H2 off with the worst ending I've seen in a game since Secret of Mana. -Neglected to do anything remotley innovative or fun with the campain mode. Nobody is screaming about H2 sucking, but I should be. You say I should write Bungie a letter?! They were stupid and irresponsable enough to script the sequel as if the three books never existed. No, this game studio is more interested in printing $$$ than keeping this franchise pure. Yea, I'm pissed becouse the Halo universe was my favorite thing prior to H2 and to make it even worse, everyone I talk to is so busy deepthroating Bungie over their "great" game, they don't even notice (or care.) Perhaps I was the first and last true Halo afficianado, but I doubt that. H2 is the best thing going on Live, that much is true, but what got taken away to achieve that goal. The soul. I'm not just talking about the sword/rock combo. I'm talking about the fact that when compared to H1, H2 falls completely on it's ass in EVERY way exept for online, obviously, but that's no reason to continue to blow Bungie while their on the john, s.h.i.t.t.i.n.g out another Halo bastardization. Like I said before, if you don't beleive it, go back and play H1. It's better in every way, multi player or campain. H2 destroyed everything that was good about Halo.

I want to know why those of us that PAY for the downloaded maps off of xboxlive don't get the extra stuff that those who pay retail get? We are the dedicated ones that don't wait forever to get the new stuff. We should get the extras and not them.

Yeah well, getting back to the point. On halo, All shotties and plasma grenades on longest was possible my favourite mode for a small amount of players. I hope those stupid crates don't get in my way though.
