Eirene RR4 with luck in the chamber
The Gunsmith recently had a sniper rifle called "Eirene RR4" with Luck in the Chamber. I've tested it, and it does do enough damage w/ Luck in the Chamber to kill in one body shot. Bungie already fixed Final Round, why add another perk that is essentially the same problem?

8 RepliesGod this is so stupid. There is no way this is exploitable like Final round was. There's too many variables and too little sniper rifle ammunition to make this an even remotely viable tactic.

11 RepliesSniper shots should be one shots, normally. If it's a head shot, bam, you're worm food. However, the only real problem with Snipers, and any real sniper will tell you so, is the quick scoping. Sniper shots should never be able to be quick scoped. It is a BS feature in gaming! So many damn variables go into getting a head shot, that it requires Patience and Time to line up the shots. If it isn't a head shot, then, game-wise, it shouldn't be a one shot one kill.

10 RepliesThey didn't add anything luck in the chamber has been there since day 1. It's random you can't predict it and in a game where instant and frequent over shields are a thing it's balanced
