Reclaimer
Guilty spark seemed to have thought that MC was the reclaimer of the index, yet he isn't. So. Who is?
And
Can some 1 tell me what chemical is used to make plasma grenades and how it makes it sticky?

First off on the reclaimer. Anyone can be the reclaimer, they just have to get the index and place it in the instalation's control center. Now for the plasma grenade. It is a high energy blow up battery more or less. Not a specific chemical. Plus the " sticky " aspect is unknown to us humans.

according to the new weapons info on the Halo page - they don't understand much about plasma grenades or how they stick onto some surfaces and not to others [Edited on 4/21/2004 3:52:02 AM]
