For me its the rocket mission on army men sarge's heroes 2. At the time I was like 7 and had never done a timed mission before so I had no idea what to do. The music still gives me chills to this day.......

One stressful thing is in dying light when you're being chased by volatiles at night and you know they're right behind you and you look behind you with that slow mo camera and they're right on your ass and you're just like OH SHIT.

Getting stuck on the environment while trying to run away from an enemy.

Being low health around the end of an extremely long and difficult boss fight. Even worse if the fight has long unskippable cut scenes.
