Inventory shortcuts/quick selects
I don't know about the rest of you guys and gals, but I think one of the biggest improvements that could be integrated into this game is some sort of customizable inventory shortcut where we can access in game consumables without having to enter the menus mid boss/add battle. Being able to bring up a shortcut where I can pop a heavy synth, or a 3oC on strikes with more than one ultra (Bond Brothers, Dust Palace), would be awesome. Things can get a bit hairy mid battle, and there's nothing worse than wiping because of that two second menu delay while you're trying to access your inventory.
Some sort of hot key for customizable weapon load outs would also be rad.

1 ReplyYeah, I posted the same thing yesterday, suggesting it be accessible via Ghost. Since he now has panes we can flip through, I figured it would be most useful if we could switch to a quick consumable pane and use A/B/X/Y or Square/Circle/Triangle/Cross to use up to four different consumables. Especially since it often takes so damn long for items to load on the pause screen.
