If you have acquired your Founder's Fortune (VIP) rewards, you'll want to delete them when you take on the "Veteran's Tour" Quest.
That Quest is all about the rewards you earn as Year One Guardians, so please don't worry. You get them all back.

Not only we are stuck with shitty looking new guns, but we can't even upgrade the light of our weapons that we spent a full year to customize it to the top. Zis is bull shit! Bullshit I tell ya! Why get the new one of the same gun when you already have it! Why punish the true fans who have been playing from beta! Screw you with your new weapons!
