I'm not usually the one to cry nerf (in fact I've never talked about nerfing anything) but Taken Captains definitely need a little rebalancing.
The problem I have with them is their blinding orbs. They shoot one at you and if it hits you, you're potentially blinded, not to mention they do a shit ton of damage. Then, while you can't see, they run up to you and slash the rest of your health away until you die (which is usually about 2 hits). If you manage to escape after being hit (for example by gliding upwards), eventually you can see again. But by that time they have already shot another orb at you, making you blind again. Seriously, they can shoot those things like every 3 seconds. Plus, they can go through walls and other objects.
Anyway my solution would be one of two options. Either change their attack patterns so that they don't run up to you while you're blind, or increase the amount of time it takes to shoot another orb. Personally, I think both options would be good, but I would say it might be better to increase their orb shooting time.
Now before anyone starts attacking me for saying nerf (which technically I'm not, I'm actually saying rebalance) please keep in mind that I am trying to create positive feedback here for all of us. Remember that I'm not trying to nerf a weapon or anything.
Also please refrain from saying that I suck at PVE because I am trying to give off a positive idea that won't effect the way people play the game or have bad consequences.

You can still attack them when you are in the dark. Sword works great. Or, just get out of the way and shoot them from distance.
