Items like ether seeds and black wax idols and ghost shells that gives a buff that makes glimmer drop off of normal enemies and extra glimmer from yellow bared enemies do not seem to be working, at least for me that is. Instead of the enemies always dropping glimmer while the buff is active I get glimmer maybe once in every 10 kills or so. For yellow bared enemies I still only get 25 glimmer and sometimes no glimmer at all. Is this just me or is it affecting everyone or did bungie nerf this and I didn't see it in the notes?
