I KNOW HOW TO GET THE SLEEPER SIMULANT
Do you guys know where the small sailboat is in the cosmodrome in the abandon shore follow the steps on the collectors edition and get all 50 fragments and that should get it for you if anyone finds this helpful let me know. oh and use the translator for the cordinates part.

You'll get a quest "Retribution of lost" - Kill Hive majors with fusion rifles 0% (Percents, kill them quickly. Every Ten minutes decreases by 5% . 50 in total) - Talk to banshee - Complete ten heroic strikes with a fusion rifle equipped -Talk to banshee -Power the gun (kill Servitors) -Talk to Banshee (The gun will be corrupted) -Find Golden age power supplies across Earth, moon, mars, and venus (5 for each) - Talk to cayde (he will give you a level 42 quest mission) - Kill Oryx Fanatic (requires Raid completion first) and Pick up the Shard - Talk to Banshee, he will give you the sleeper simulant It comes off as classified and no grimoire card like the Touch of Malice. -Edit- I stopped reading the comments, i'm tired of saying that I don't care what anyone think, if you think i'm lying ok then good I don't care, just don't look for my damn comments to tell me that. I put this here for those who WANT the gun, not those who think is fake with ought even trying.to do it. I also told you who my friend was who has it, he has it equipped to shut ya'll up.

Just collect all 4 of the Fusion Relics across all 3 characters combined and the mission automatically is on Earth called "The First Firewall". From there complete the mission and solve the Curious Tranceiver code. Then do a Warsat public event on Earth, Mars, And the Moon and then do The Archive mission on Heroic on Venus and finally scrap a legendary heavy weapon. Activate the nodes and go to Earth for a single player timed mission. Turn it in to the Gunsmith, Wait 24 hours and do a special 42 S.A.B.E.R.2 strike and kaboom you know own the Simulant. This is all confirmed because I as well as Thousands other have it.

12 RepliesGuys I found out how to do it Step 1: Be at least a gunsmith rank 5 and have collected 25 of those fusion rifle thingies for the gunsmith Step 2: Unlock Quest Called The Sleeping Hounds Step 3: Complete all steps in the quest(Relatively simple steps) Step 4: Talk to Cayde 6 Step 5: Gives you a Quest specific Strike to do, called Bush did it. Defeat the Prez of Oryx at the final stage of the strike named Bushyx Prez of Oryx. Step 6: RETURN TO TOWER AND REALIZE JET FUEL DOESNT MELT STEEL BEAMS Step 7: Collect Sleeper Simulant

Nope, during the saber battle look up and structure on the ceiling looks like the sleeper. So you hit like a pinota hoping it falls out. It's all RNG though.
