I logged in 9/18/15 at around 5:50 and looked through the inventory of my Hunter and found that all my armor that wasn't equipped or class armor was gone. It even included an exotic chest armor. No weapons were lost in inventory or vault. This was after I had updated for Taken King. I logged in with my Warlock before the Hunt and the Warlock still had all of its armor and weapons.
