Hey,
I'm new to Destiny (pre-ordered TTK like 3 days ago) and just hit lvl 34 with my Warlock.
I finished all(!) the Missions and Strikes in "normal" Mode but haven't touched anything else yet.
With TTK around the corner, everything (in PvE) seems pointless to me besides doing Raids etc. "just for fun", as any reward will be made obsolte come the 15th, right?
So, what should I do? Is there really no use for playing PvE because the armor and weapons will be useless anyway once TTK releases? Will the old Raids at least drop useful lvl 40 loot once everyone has reached the new cap or will the new TTK Raid be the only thing people are going to farm for items? I feel like I'm missing out on weeks of content because of this.
I'm seriously lost here, so any help would be much appreciated.

Do abandoned bounty so u can get rewards and lvl up sunsinger so you got "res" othwise you might have a hard time doing taken king. Do activities that give exotic weapons as well.
-
Yep all thats left is chaaing loot.
-
Your mission should you choose to accept it is to help your friends level up and get all exotics and legendaries so that they feel accomplished.
-
Practice, practice, practice. Crucible, new awsome maps, very exciting and challenging. Do the NF and heroics. If anything you can get stuff to break down into mats.
-
Yes, it is all literally pointless. Destiny is made to grind. Not to progress
-
Max ur subclasses, do subclass quests for now
-
Play another class. Right now you're missing two thirds of the gameplay.
-
Max level sunsinger and voidwalker. Sunsinger at least :)

Learn the PvP meta

It's pointless. Just wait for TTK.

Only Kings Fall will be relevant in TTK but old raids still give you a good experience. In TTK, I'm going to have a VOG set, a CE set, a POE set, a PVP set, a Trials Set and a KF set.

No reason till the 15th. I'm taking a break from destiny till then
