When 2.0 drops...
Will we be able to get to level 40? Will vendors have new gear? What quests will become available? Will Deej make his Titan? Why am I asking you all of these question? Has since gone to far?
But seriously, can I get an answer to questions 1-3.

Level 34 only( so if you are leveling a new charachter, you will have to keep getting XP to get to 34., no more jumping 14 levels by equipping armor) -The new quest system us being implemented in 2.0 -Bungie didn't mention new inventory for Vendors yet, but they didn't deny it either. -Doubtful, unless Bungie forces him to
