I can't get Fatebringer
I've been playing Destiny since the month after it came out, did the Year 1 triumph, got my characters 33 and up, done the raids God knows how many times. I find I do the Vault of Glass Hard mode every week and yet no Fatebringer. I have every Crota weapon from HoG to the word but I can't get the one weapon I truly want FROM THE FIRST RAID. Like I have Jewel of Osiris (Adept) with Arc damage but it doesn't feel as good as a Fatebringer, anyone else have this problem?

5 RepliesThis is how you get it: When the Templar is about ready to die, you stop shooting at him and let everyone else keep firing. Make sure you DONT DIE, and while watching his health, try and time a jump so that you jump through his disappearing/disintegrating body. You NEED to pass through him as his body is dying. If you do it, Fatebringer will drop. Took me to my third character one week after I found about this method. The first try I jumped too soon and he killed me. The second time I jumped too late and went off the ledge and died. The third time it worked! I've gotten all three of mine this way, within 2 weeks. You're welcome.
