Trials Loss Boon Didn't Work
I bought the boon and it did take the loss away but the trials passage still said completed after my next loss. (As seen in the above picture) This wouldn't really be a problem except that my team went on to get that eighth win and get the gold tier rewards. I have pictures of their passages with eight wins and can tell you that this happened Sunday night at about 3 A.M Eastern Standard time. If you could look into this and get back to me that would be great.

3 RepliesThe mercy removes the loss, so you received your third loss, the game saw your passage as complete, and then the loss was removed. You need to buy the mercy prior to your second loss for it to work correctly.
