I am on xbox one. Getting steady 19.9 and 20 mbs down and 1.9 up after reset of rounter. I reset mac ip address let it restart, i then did a hard reset on console and unplugged router for 10 min to reset it as well. Located in Japan. I can join a friend that currently has room on there game in crucible and play but after that game ends i somehow am preventing players to join the lobby. When i attempt to do a strike of any type or PoE it wont populate any other players. I am green bar to the max and have 4 times faster speeds than some of my friends. This was never an issue before and shouldn't be now.
