I was sent here from a PSN Employee (Phone Call) saying there was nothing they can do and “It is on Bungie’s End.”
From what PlayStation has told me, there is a licensing issue. I pre-ordered and purchased the original Destiny Digital Collector’s Edition via Amazon. Then I received a voucher code, entered it, and had my game with all things included. (I received all DLC and it is playable.)
SIDE NOTE: DLC on the PSN “Dark Below” and “House of Wolves” do NOT say they are purchased, still showing a price tag where it should say purchased. (I have them from Collector’s Edition as previously stated)
When I went to pre-order Destiny The Taken King via PSN (JUST THE DIGITAL EDITION $39.99) it was “not available for purchase”
I contacted PlayStation via a phone call to figure it all out. After a 2-hour phone call they figured out there was some sort of licensing issue “because I used a voucher code” when I purchased from Amazon.
I was sent here to explain and to “wait for a moderator”
