So, kings fall is not coming out with taken king
Title says it all. The raid will come out later, and they're not saying when. Good job bungie. You keep making such great decisions.

Edit: ok, a couple things.
1; yes, i know they did this with VOG and with crota's hard mode. I was there from the start, i remember all this.
2; in some ways it does make sense. Let everyone level up, then start the race.
3; I'm not sitting here flipping shit over this. I felt like informing the community on something that bungie has, for some reason, failed to mention for quite a while now. Seems shady to me. Wait for everyone to preorder because of hype, then say at the last minute "oh yeah, you won't get your raid yet." Bad business practice.
4; of its out in a week or 2 that's fine. But the fact is, we don't know at this point because bungie is silent. It might be a month or 2 (doubtful, but who knows. We damn sure don't).
So bungie, if you read this, give us a time we can expect the raid. Don't just say eventually. Don't make the community speculate.

Edit 3; YES, i know this had happened before. VOG didn't come out at first. But then with dark below, crota's raid DID come out immediately,with hard mode being released later. So there is a set precedence for either thing to happen. And considering that every endgame activity in every dlc has been available from the start, it's not to far fetched to assume that could be the case here

3 RepliesPlenty of bounties and quests to do after the story .not to forget fractions to join as well with more quest there .grind so be it its the destiny way .lol. . No matter what .. the raid will come soon enough . Getting to lvl 40 is nothing its the light level you need for your gear that counts the most . And not everyone will have the same light level in the beginning. Id rather get lvled up before doing the raid..

Who gives a shit about who comes in first , they could have ad an level 34 raid in easily. the content is probebly lacking as allways , so they are streching it again. if you want to do it on a higher level you just wait for it, level up and do it then. they are just control freaks , it has to go there way . if the raid is fun to do ,who cares on what level you are playing it on, bs from Bungie again.

12 RepliesThere is eight story missions... Saying this is the same as vanilla is disingenuous. It's half the size. So after you finish TTK in an hour and a half you'll have nothing left to do. Only end game content will be strikes... Only three are new by the way. The others are rehashed shit you've done a million times. The only way I can rationalize this move is Bungie desperately trying to make this DLC appear larger than it actually is. Which is a farce.

So HOW was utter garbage on its own and was not worth any amount of money!! Now fast forward quite a few more months later.. And TTK is due for release and guess what.. No raid at the release date and more over priced content. Sorry BUNGIE but when will you be able o give us exact answers to ANYTHING. You guys are a shambles.. Anyone who thinks this is good business practise is mental. So yeh they did it before ehh? So that's an excuse to continue to do it? It was wrong then and it's wrong now. It's a poor mans way of extending the game for a bit longer so it can complete against the BIG A lister gamers coming out later in the year. And guess what? not even the raid will stop people from leaving destiny to play the BETTER games!!
